The Banana Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

1 Cup Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
⅓ Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Large Ripe Banana
½ cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt or Dairy Equivalent
½ Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbs Maple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice
1.5 cups ice

--Dairy milk is recommended because when combined with oats create a complete protein.

Instruction

Blend all together
