The Peanut Butter Bowl of Oats
1 cup milk
1 scoop vanilla or peanut butter cookie flavored protein powder
2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 cup fat free plain yogurt (or equivalent)
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1.5 cups of ice
- to reduce calories, substitute part or all peanut butter for PB2
- drizzle with sugar free maple syrup
- add ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
Instruction
Blend all together
